Ashtanga

This is a vigorous, detoxifying, core strengthening practice for those in good condition. This class is recommended for experienced students. The beginnning level offers a slower, introductory pace. The regular class covers half of the primary series.

Gentle

Restorative warm-ups followed by simple poses will be modified for anyone of any age. Unwind the kinks in a relaxing way. This class is recommended for seniors, people recuperating from injury or pregnancy, or newcomers who want to begin at an easygoing level.

Hatha

These classes offer a general blend of styes that includes restorative warm-ups, sun salutations, and a balance of precision with flowing movement, and a forum to try new things. Hatha is recommended for new students and anyone who is able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease.

Iyengar-style

The class emphasizes alignment and foundation. Learn to originate your practice from the inner self. You'll experience a balance of organic and muscular energy that is the foundation of yoga. The regular class is designed for beginning and more advanced practitioners to challenge you in a most attainable way. The Beginning Inyengar-style class offers an approachable introduction to this style of deep stretching in precise form. The beginning level class is appropriate for anyone.

Vinyasa

Enjoy this flowing style, unifying breath and movement to create synthesis in the nervous system and help you break a sweat. Class offers different poses every week. The intensity level sits between the general hatha classes and ashtanga style, providing an approachable workout for those in good condition, or those wanting to step it up.
