Why does an active person need yoga?
Almost every activity we engage in creates
imbalances in the joints, in range of motion and
strength. It's this uneven development of movement
and power that creates discomfort, and eventually
wear and tear. Yoga will help create balance and
health in the joints (including the spine) and increase
your ability to perform. Your active heart rate will
